This website (the Complex Trauma and Dissociation Hub) is operated by Dr. Julia Andre in connection with TraumaDirectory.org. We are based in Hong Kong. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to this operation.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Enquiry emails are retained for up to two years unless there is an ongoing relationship that requires longer retention.

- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate personal data
- Withdraw consent for the use of your personal data at any time
- Request deletion of your data, subject to any legal or operational obligations we may have to retain it

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
